Whiteout Survival Dawn Academy: Expert Cultivation Order & Priority Guide
The Expert system in the Dawn Academy is extremely resource-intensive. Expert Sigils are notoriously scarce, and as skill levels increase, the demand for Books of Knowledge and Speedups grows exponentially. Therefore, F2P players should absolutely avoid forced spending here; even rally leaders must be prepared for massive resource consumption.
Core Positioning & Development Direction
Do NOT invest blindly! Choose your upgrade order based on your role in the alliance.
Resource & Development Experts
The foundation for F2P growth, offering exceptionally high early ROI. Once you reach the recommended stopping point or unlock core benefits, shift your resources to other experts.
Extremely helpful for F2P players to gather key resources. Lv. 70 Affinity meets all prerequisites to max out her skills—stopping here is recommended. Later, if you have a surplus of sigils, you can continue to increase her level to boost talent returns.
Provides a massive Bear Hunt damage boost. However, in the late game, the extra rewards from bear damage become less significant. Prioritize Skills 2 & 3 for core bear rewards. Lv. 60 lets you max Skill 3; Skill 2 requires a much higher affinity, so pausing at Lv. 60 is advised.
Provides Arena attribute bonuses and massive Arena Shop discounts. Lv. 50 Affinity allows you to max Skill 3, offering extremely high ROI. Pause upgrading here.
Specialized in non-PvP large-scale events. It is best to rush his upgrades a week before major events. Lv. 60 gets most skills to a high level; further upgrades cost too much, so pausing after 60 is recommended.
Battlefield Experts
Incredibly expensive to upgrade, but they provide core combat buffs like March Capacity and Rally Capacity. F2P players should grab the early base benefits, while rally leaders focus on core skills.
Provides massive Expedition stats, but requires significantly more resources and speedups than other experts. The Talent skill (March Capacity) is incredibly valuable for both F2P and rally leaders; Skill 4 (Rally Capacity) is a game-changer for rally leaders. These benefits apply to all combat scenarios.
Primarily provides buffs for Foundry Battle and Tundra Arms League. Lower priority for F2P—just focus on improving the recovery ability.
Tailored specifically for the State of Power (SvS) Battle Phase—extremely expensive. F2P only needs to boost basic event rewards.
Advanced Guide
Utilize the "Strategic Pausing" Strategy
Once an expert reaches the recommended stopping point (e.g., Lv. 50 or 60), transfer your precious Common Expert Sigils to other experts with higher ROI. Return to them only when you encounter specific bottlenecks.
Smooth Transition of Common Sigils
As resource experts hit high marginal costs, F2P players should also gradually shift some Common Expert Sigils to battlefield experts like Romulus to grab the first wave of low-cost combat buffs.
Be Cautious Using Gems for Extra Tundra Treks
Unless you have a massive surplus of Gems, always compare the ROI. Generally, the actual benefits of spending Gems on pets, Chief Level upgrades, or leaderboard events are far greater than buying extra Tundra Trek turns.
